An easy read for kids and really cute. I take a few dog books to the library with me when I take my therapy dog in for "Read to a Dog" programs. The kids always want dog books to read to the dogs and sometimes the library doesn't have enough. So I have my own little library for them to choose from. This book is appropriate for many ages, includes a little lesson, has a happy ending, has lots of great photos, and is just the right length for a short read. This is such a cute book for all ages! I’m 22, and I’ve always loved therapy animals. at the library where I work, I’d get to see therapy dogs every Saturday morning for Read to the Dogs.

Who will come to my party is a lovely story about two furry friends. This tale (no pun intended) is complete with colour photos and video of the two friends playing together. The heart of the story is about what happens when friends (as friends sometimes do) drift apart for no discernible reason. Chou Chou learns that things happen sometimes even if you do nothing wrong. Chou Chou carries on doing what she does best and hopes that her best friend will accept the invitation to her upcoming birthday party.
The story is written with children as the intended target audience however it is a good reminder for people of all ages.
A simple yet beautiful story of two friends- delightful to read and yes I would highly recommend this book!
This is such a fun little children's book with full color photos of dogs. I wasn't expecting an actual story with a message, but color me surprised. The message is really super relevant for children (and adults). It teaches us that sometimes people close to us change and we grow apart, but that doesn't mean that there is something wrong and we don't need to be sad about it. It ends with a very positive spin. I'm hoping there are going to be more of these Chou Chou books!

This book has a charming message for all ages, and the story is told in easy-to-read, simple language that early readers can take pride in reading alone...or to a friend. Any child who loves dogs, or dreams of having a dog, will especially love the photos and the storyline. However, it's a heartwarming story of universal appeal so I highly recommend it to all.
